**Opportunity**

Sigra Technology is a leading supplier of rollingstock components and refurbished sub-assemblies for the Australian railway industry. We are a family owned and operated business and have been based at Penrith in Western Sydney for more than 30 years.

We have an Internal Sales position available, experience working in a sales/technical sales position is essential. Additional on the job training will be provided as necessary.

Attractive remuneration package will be negotiated

**Your Role**

You will work with an experienced team reporting directly to the Sales Manager in a comfortable well-appointed office space. Some of the responsibilities and duties of your role include:

- Processing of sales orders and sales quotes
- Ensuring accurate documentation for all orders
- Communicate with customers for order confirmation and updates
- Coordinate with production and technical teams
- Monitor order status and liaise with logistics team to track deliveries
- Assist the Sales Manager and General Manager where required
- General Administrative duties

**Skills and Experience**

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

- Intermediate to Advanced in ERP software (e.g. SAP, SalesForce, Dynamics)
- Experience in a sales related position
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- A technical background (e.g. mechanical trade) working in a Manufacturing environment would be an advantage
- Experience in the rail industry would be an advantage

**Qualifications**
- HSC or Equivalent (required)
- Completion of a Certificate III or higher in a technical area would be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penrith, NSW 2750: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
