**The Company**
Our client is involved in the retail, distribution and assembly businesses in the automotive industry. It has a presence in nine markets across the Asia Pacific region, with 10 retail sites across Australia and employs over 780 staff.

**The Role**
As the Sales administrator, for a leading automotive company. Duties include:

- Operate in a fast-paced environment working closely with the wholesale, reconditioning and used cars departments to coordinate efficient - back-office role
- Stock number allocation, data entry, database management, conducting system searches, invoice preparation and follow up of payments
- Processing sales paperwork
- Sales Administration
- Inventory management
- Preparing sales reports
- **Hours: 5 days per week 8:30am-5:30pm**:

- **Salary: $32.73ph + super**:

- **Location: Penrith**
