**About You**:

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Coordinating and contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the effective administration of regulatory systems, identifying efficiencies and ensuring compliance with information management requirements.
- Receiving and resolving incidents and complaints from system users, escalating matters as appropriate.
- Providing consistent, accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing, and contributing to reports, briefs and other documentation.
- Supporting work practices across the regulatory authority by researching and monitoring activities and work practices, and developing effective business processes through improvements in information systems, information management, practices and procedures.
