**We are looking for the “right attitude”**. Reporting to the Manager, as a Personal Care Assistant you will be responsible for providing quality care by assisting clients with day-to-day tasks.

**Location: Sandringham**

**Shifts Available**:
1. Wed, Thurs & Fri 7-3 both weeks (0700-1300) or (0700-1500)

2. Wed, Thurs and Sat 7-1 Both weeks (0700-1300) or (0700-1500)

3. Mon (1445-2000), Wed & Thurs (1445-2200) Both week

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Individual Support
- Excellent customer service skills
- A proven ability to take a holistic approach to client needs
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding to our clients and their families
- A positive and proactive approach to working collaboratively within a team and the broader community
- The ability to use initiative and work under pressure

**What your days will look like**:

- Provide personal care to our clients
- Assist our clients with activities of daily living and lifestyle
- Provide clients with nutrition and hydration in a timely manner
- Ensure our client’s daily care is provided in a dignified manner
- Provide accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required
- Work closely with your team mates to ensure consistent care is provided to all our clients
- Escalate any issues or concerns to your Residence Manager
