We have multiple roles at our Karinya Grove residence located in
**SANDRINGHAM, VIC 3191**

This is a Permanent Part Time Role as we want to provide our residents with consistent care and are looking for someone who can put the fun into every day.

**We are looking for the “right attitude”**. Reporting to the Regional Manager, as a Personal Care Assistant you will be responsible for providing quality care by assisting clients with day-to-day tasks.

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Individual Support
- Excellent customer service skills
- A proven ability to take a holistic approach to client needs
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding to our clients and their families
- A positive and proactive approach to working collaboratively within a team and the broader community
- The ability to use initiative and work under pressure

**What your days will look like**:

- Provide personal care to our clients
- Assist our clients with activities of daily living and lifestyle
- Provide clients with nutrition and hydration in a timely manner
- Ensure our client’s daily care is provided in a dignified manner
- Provide accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required
- Work closely with your team mates to ensure consistent care is provided to all our clients
- Escalate any issues or concerns to your Residence Manager
