**About the role**

An engaging and meaningful role where you will make a positive impact in the lives of others. By supporting residents with their activities of daily living, our personal care staff are the people who we trust to provide the very best quality care to all of our residents every day.

**The Sandringham Home**:

- Small 58 bed home, ideally positioned to deliver residents the best in bayside living, situated right next to Trentham Reserve and within 3 minutes of beach, foreshore reserves, and maintained walking tracks.

**As a Personal Care Assistant you will be responsible for**:

- Providing quality support to residents with their activities of daily living
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate team spirit
- Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policies and procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Interaction with residents, families and friends in a helpful and positive manner

**What we look for**:

- Previous experience in a personal care role in Aged Care (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrate good customer service skills
