**Job**:Event/Client/Contractor Liaison Manager

Applause Entertainment is one of Australia’s leading and most versatile entertainment and event consultancies, providing entertainment concepts and products for Festivals, Corporate and Private Functions, as well as Promotional and Marketing activations across Australia. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and attributes, to fit into our tight-knit, fun, and fast-paced Caulfield office.

**Attributes we look for**:

- Enthusiasm for communicating with talent and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in events and/ or performing preferred, but not essential.
- Can crack a funny, well-timed joke.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Manage inbound inquiries via phone.
- Working closely to support the sales team.
- Use of CRM to log all communications and contract artists.
- Ensure the seamless delivery of every booking.

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to understand event requirements from the perspective of the client/performer/sale team/venue.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage stressful situations.

**Regular Hours of work**:

- Mon-Friday
- 9.30 am - 5.30 pm
