We offer the broadest selection of kitchenware, glassware, dinnerware, commercial equipment & consumables to many different sectors within the hospitality space.
Our distribution Centre and head office are located beside the gateway at Eagle farm and our showroom and demonstration kitchen is located in Fortitude Valley.
We believe in the lifetime value of a customer and understand that we can only do this if we are building long-term relationships and providing excellent service every time we interact with our clients.
This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:30
As a Customer Service Superstar, you will:
- Assist customers via the phone with placing orders, creating quotes and discussing products
- Assist the external sales team with quotes and orders
- Utilise MS Office and Sybiz to process sales quotes and sales orders.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with our clients.
- Fill data into our Customer Relationship Management software (CRM)
- Follow up on leads

**The Person**:
You don't need to have hospitality experience; you just need to have a passion for people and demonstrate the following attributes:
- Be committed to our Customer Service Philosophy.
- Be a warm people person who naturally builds rapport and exudes confidence.
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Like working as part of a close-knit team.
- Enjoy assisting our customers to fulfil their orders.
- Have excellent administration skills and an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Be solutions driven with good time management and problem-solving skills.
