Your role at St John of God Subiaco Hospital

Our Patient Theatre Bookings Officers support a high performing admissions department by being the first line of contact to patients, doctors and other caregivers. You will ensure the overall integrity, accuracy and timeliness of all patient preadmissions, theatre bookings and eligibility whilst providing a personalised admissions service.

The Position- Undertakes validation and quality control of all theatre bookings and liaise with theatre regarding theatre lists.- Coordinate theatre bookings and related activities.- Prints and distributes daily theatre lists and reports as required.- Process surgical bookings in Webpas from theatre lists received via doctors rooms.- Follow up missing consents day prior to admission.

You will have a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of theatre procedures and sound experience working in an admissions or administrative environment.

To succeed you will have an ability communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, whilst having good working knowledge of MS office and webPAS

We can offer you- Salary: $69 665 to $72 824 per annum, plus superannuation and salary packaging- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
