**About the Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic recruiter to act as a collaborative partner and trusted advisor to our hiring managers. You will provide end to end recruitment services to an assigned group of business leaders and functions and help drive and grow the Talent Acquisition function at Sanitarium.

**Key accountabilities and responsibilities, include**:

- Provide coaching to the business on best practise recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with talent acquisition process standards and best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the ATS.

**About you**
- At least 5 years recruitment experience within a high-volume environment
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, transport and logistics is highly desired.
- Experience in sourcing using different channels including jobsites, social media, referrals etc.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Collaborative style of working, sharing successes with wider team.
- Exception time management skills, ability to juggle competing deadlines.
