Joining our entrepreneurial community of Drinks Specialists, this role provides customers with inspiring information about our spirit selection. We are looking for a customer-centric spirits connoisseur who is eager to continue their learning and leave their mark by sharing their passion with customers and team members alike. Rum, vodka, whisky, sakeit’s a tough job, but someone has to do it.

**The ROLE**:

- Actively engage customers in an authentic way in store, sharing product knowledge and providing end to end service
- Work collaboratively with the store leadership team in setting up and facilitating customer events
- Advocate for My Dan’s loyalty by engaging with customers to understand benefits and product offerings
- Instil your love and passion for spirits into every interaction and use this to develop team member product knowledge
- Undertake a variety of instore tasks, including customer service and inventory tasks as well as duty management
- Contribute to store sales planning processes by sharing your specialist product knowledge and recommendations on product lines

**The YOU**:

- ** YOU** have a real desire to create memorable customer moments and the ability to work across key customer hours
- ** YOU** are proficient in the world of spirits and have a good understanding of wine and beer
- ** YOU** have a thirst for knowledge and love to learn about new and emerging trends and categories
- ** YOU** love to authentically impart your knowledge, inspiring customers and team to continue their adventure of discovery
- ** YOU** have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- ** YOU** have experience in a drinks related role, including the spirits industry, bar work or liquor retail
