Supervision of all staff under your control
- Provide a point of escalation for Team Leaders and Key Account Leaders
- Ensuring all resources are utilized safely and efficiently
- Plan and coordinate staffing - both internal staff and agency/labour hire staffing
- Plan and coordinate MHE
- Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behaviour
- Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service
- Liaise with warehouse personnel, customers, customer service team and contractors on site
- Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stocktakes etc
- Ensure schedules and deadlines are adhered to
- Compliance to ACR Supply Partners Policies and Procedures
- Experience working with company policies & procedures, and understanding of compliance, in relation to regulatory bodies’ legislation including HACCP and RTA - Chain of Responsibility
- Coordinate efficient operation of the warehouse
- Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices
- Complete toolbox talks
- Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs
- Report all incidents, hazards and near misses as well as property damage
- Complete any other warehouse operations or ad hoc tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $51,809.58 - $87,053.75 per year

- Brisbane, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
