Our client, a high-profile manufacturer of precision Aerospace and Specialist parts, is currently seeking those willing to enjoy the benefits of working in a diverse and expanding environment. On offer is the opportunity for an experienced warehouse person to join their team in a Supervisory position to oversee Warehouse and Despatch functions.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations including:

- Freight
- Shipping and Receiving
- Returns and transfers
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain inventory control and identification of controlled materials using the SAP system.
- Facilitate the upkeep and maintenance of equipment used in the warehouse.
- Observe and maintain safety health and environment requirements and procedures.
- Embed continuous improvement practices in all operational processes.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.

We are seeking someone with a willingness to learn and an actively engaged attitude and are willing to provide the necessary training to the right person. The ideal applicant will hold some if not all of the following:

- Previous warehouse management experience.
- ERP system experience (SAP preferred).
- Perform High-Risk Work Ticket.
- Experience in warehouse management operating systems (SAP advantage).
- Ability to communicate effectively to external parties as needed.
- Ability to problem solve day-to-day issues within the work environment.
