**The Location**
Heritage Lodge, a 103 bed residential aged care facility located in Murwillumbah in the Tweed Shire, 13km south of the Queensland border. Surrounded by homely comforts and beautiful gardens, we enjoy a close-knit community that feels more like a family.
**The Job**
Promote wellness, independence, social connections and recreation activities based on the needs and interests of our residents. Assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of meaningful activity programs that engage and connect our residents and aligns with their choices. Assist in the organisation of social and recreational activities.

**You bring**: Experience in a similar role, a current First Aid Certificate (with CPR), experience in delivering social and recreational activities and programs to seniors, and a background in providing support to residents with cognitive impairment. A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or a similar qualification is highly desirable. You’ll also have a genuine passion to work with the elderly, fabulous communication and team work skills and basic computer skills.
