GRABIT is a multi-vendor marketplace starting in the health & wellness vertical. We're building a marketplace that actually serves everyone in the value chain - retailers get efficiency, customers get accuracy, brands get fair representation. No pay-to-play search results, no fake reviews, just honest commerce.

We're not trying to be the next eBay or Amazon. We're an Aussie first tech company that sells efficiency.

What we've built:

  • Sub-250ms PDP load times with modern architecture
  • Barcode scanning system for instant, accurate product listings
  • Brand commission model that rewards accurate, up-to-date product information

Other services used:

  • Stripe for payments
  • Cloudflare for DNS, Proxy, R2, Workers & Images
  • Deno + Redis for webhook management & retry mechanism
  • NGINX, Traefik for reverse proxy

What we need:

A technical co-founder to help complete the MVP, polish the platform, and handle the inevitable bugs and feature requests during beta testing and soft launch. You'll own substantial equity and technical ownership of key systems.

After 2 years of development, we're close to launch but need the right technical partner to get us across the finish line.

You must have:

  • 5+ years full-stack development experience
  • E-commerce or marketplace experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of multi-vendor payments, inventory management, complex business logic
  • Willingness to work with our existing modern tech stack
  • Full-time commitment to building this business

You'll get:

  • Significant equity stake in a business with clear revenue model
  • Technical ownership and decision-making authority
  • Partnership with someone who has 6+ years e-commerce experience

  • You prefer corporate stability over startup uncertainty
  • You want to rebuild the existing architecture in different technologies
  • You're seeking part-time or consulting arrangements
