Overview

We're building a game-changing legal tech company and are looking for a Founding Engineer or Technical Co-Founder to join them on the ground floor. This is an opportunity to help shape the product, the culture, and the future success of a venture that's aiming to disrupt an industry in real need of innovation.

What we're looking for
  • Full Stack Mastery – proven experience across front-end and back-end development.
  • AI Expertise – hands-on with modern AI/ML frameworks, LLMs, and integrating AI into real-world products.
  • Startup DNA – you've worked in a startup before, ideally a VC-backed venture that scaled fast and successfully. You know the chaos, the hustle, and the thrill of building something that grows quickly.
  • Builder Mentality – excited by the zero-to-one journey, comfortable with ambiguity, and always looking for creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all things technical: infrastructure, scalability, data, AI integrations, security, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the founding team on strategy, product roadmap, and fundraising.
  • Build and eventually lead a high-performing engineering team.
About You
  • Based in Sydney (or willing to relocate).
  • Passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems.
  • Experienced in balancing speed and quality in fast-moving environments.
  • Ready to commit to the long-term journey of building a world-class company.
