We integrate multiple biosignals, such as blood pressure and hemodynamic data, to deliver personalized treatments. Expanding beyond dialysis, Nexev AI is innovating in areas like cuffless blood pressure monitoring and predictive biosignal AI platforms for comprehensive patient care. Our collaborations with hospitals, researchers, and investors aim to shape the future of healthcare.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/ML Co-Founder / Lead Engineer, located in Sydney, NSW. The AI/ML Co-Founder / Lead Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing predictive AI models, collaborating with medical experts to integrate biosignal data, leading a team of engineers, and driving the innovation of new healthcare solutions. This role also involves communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and overseeing the deployment of AI systems in clinical settings.

, a healthcare AI startup focused on predicting critical clinical events from complex biosignals. We're looking for a passionate AI/ML specialist who wants to work as a 
true co-founder
 — not just an employee.

You'll be involved in:

  • Designing and training ML/DL models (LSTM, CNN, Transformer) for biosignal prediction
  • Deploying models as APIs and integrating into clinical software (FastAPI, Vertex AI, etc.)
  • Contributing to product roadmap, research direction, and investor pitch decks

Compensation:

  • Equity-based role
     — founder-level equity, with future funding opportunities
  • Ideal for someone aiming to grow into a 
    CTO-level position

Location:

  • Sydney-based preferred (to meet and work in person regularly)
  • Master's students welcome, graduates preferred
