**About Monash Doctors Workforce**
The Monash Doctors Workforce (MDW) is responsible for medical workforce planning and the recruitment of senior medical staff (SMS) and junior medical staff (JMS) across Monash Health. The MDW is also responsible for managing JMS rotations, providing employee service functions to JMS and SMS and for providing policy advice on all issues relating to the employment of medical staff at Monash Health.
**About Monash Heart**
MonashHeart is one of the premier clinical cardiac services in Australia. It is the largest cardiology service provider in Victoria with 270 staff across three service sites, providing over 82,000 episodes of cardiological care to the community annually. We provide cardiology healthcare services to patients of all ages, from in-utero and newborns right through to our senior citizens.Paediatric Cardiology Services operate within both MonashHeart and Monash Children’s Hospital. Inpatient care occurs predominantly within Monash Children’s Hospital and outpatient investigations are performed within MonashHeart. Outpatient consultative services are provided though both Monash Children’s Hospital and MonashHeart. Day to day operational matters are managed through MonashHeart.
