Must be available to work a 7-day rotating roster between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm on any day including weekends, school holidays and evening function work.

**Duties**:

- Assist lost and found enquiries in accordance with set procedures
- Process Animal Adventure bookings and ticket upgrades
- Conduct VIP escorts and park familiarisations
- Handle feedback or complaints and solve/follow up in accordance with set
procedure
- Conduct Main Reception duties including answering switchboard calls,

mail/courier processing, daily reporting of park operations etc.
- Respond and participate in emergency situations if necessary, in line with
policy and procedures
- Provide a thorough knowledge of all Village Roadshow Theme Parks
properties

**Skills and Experience**:

- Well-developed organisational skills and strong administrative skills
- Previous reception experience with communication systems and/or switchboard experience
- A positive, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- A professional attitude and exceptional level of customer service
- Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
- Ability to use initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Must be available to work a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends,
school holidays and evening functions
- Current Provide First Aid and CPR certificate, or willing to obtain this
qualification prior to commencement
