Nadrasca is seeking someone who wants to build and inspire a safety culture of positive practice and behaviours, through engagement with people across the organisation.

The Health and Safety Coordinator is a functional role, responsible for a range of workplace health and safety functions including the co-ordination, review, and facilitation of safety compliance activities, OHS Committee support, completion of workplace risk assessments and the development, implementation, assessment, and review of a comprehensive occupational, health and safety management plan.

As part of the wider quality, safeguards and practice team, this role will provide advice, support and coaching in workplace health and safety to build and maintain a positive focus on safety.

**About you**

You have relevant qualifications in Work Health and Safety with at least 3 years demonstrated experience, preferably in the community/disability sector.

Proven OHS expertise and experience to facilitate the development and delivery of innovative OHS frameworks and solutions and provide expert advice, building relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Please note a NDIS Worker Screening Check is required for commencement.
