**About the role**:
Due to an exciting period of growth and service transformation, we have a range of full time, part time and casual roles available across the following services:
**Community day programs**:
Our four day services support over 200 participants and are currently undergoing an innovative redesign to provide participants with a suite of new and exciting program options.

The role of the Community Support Worker is to provide high quality and individualised support to participants with consideration, understanding and respect.

As a Support Worker, you will work collaboratively with our participants to help them achieve their personal goals, and to enhance their skills, health, wellbeing, and lifestyles.

**Residential services - **Supported Independent Living and Outreach**:
We support 46 people residing in 17 homes and are seeking support workers who want to be part of a caring and dedicated team supporting people to live their best lives.

The role of the Accommodation Support Worker is to work cooperatively and as part of a team to deliver quality safety
- and person-centred support and services to our residents.

As an Accommodation Support Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a home environment that encourages independence and empowers individuals to actively participate in their life.

**About you**:
You’re seeking a rewarding career with an organisation that can provide you with opportunities to work and learn across a range of disability service areas.

You have previous experience in the disability sector, a Cert IV in Disability, or transferable skills from other sectors, as well as:

- An understanding, knowledge, and commitment to the rights of people with disability
- A commitment to empowering people with a disability and assisting them to live a life of their choosing
- Personal values that are aligned with Nadrasca’s
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A focus on service improvement
- Excellent time management skills
- Well-developed problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- A responsible and professional attitude

Please note an NDIS Worker Screening Check is required for commencement and Level 2 Auslan would be highly regarded but not essential.
