We are now seeking applicants to join & lead our Accounts Payable team as the Team Leader based in the Corporate office, Dandenong.

The Accounts Payable Team Leader is responsible for providing financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. In addition, this role is a management role of the Accounts Payable team based in the Corporate office, Dandenong.

Tasks include:
1. Manage the Accounts Payable function both at a operational & leadership capacity.
2. Actioning regular tasks to support the wider business such as monitoring exchange rates, billing, overseeing prompt payment release.
3. International payments for AUNZ SIRVA group of companies, using Westpac, Western Union and Weston Union Edge platforms for initiating payments.
4. Staff expenditure reimbursement via ExpenseWire for AUNZ. Maintaining staff accounts and line of management for approvals.
5. Training new staff recruited in Accounts Payable department if required.
6. Creating supplier accounts for all three companies as required. Maintaining accurate supplier data.
7. Supplier statement reconciliations as required and ensuring line of supply with vendors is maintained.

**Requirements**:
1. Knowledge of basic accounting principles relative to accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting
2. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering transactional information
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial and employee information
