**About Them**
This national organisation is one of Australia's leading providers of specialist healthcare services, with over 2,000 sites nationally. Headed by an energetic and passionate HR Leader, the People & Culture function is supporting the organisation across a number of strategic and operational objectives. Due to a period of upcoming change and transformation, they are now seeking to appoint a People & Culture Business Partner to support the Victorian region, on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

**About the Role**
The HR Business Partnering positions will, in collaboration with the broader team, be responsible for partnering with the General Manager Victoria and broader leadership team, and supporting a client group of approximately 2,300 employees across multiple Victorian locations. This role will deliver operational and transformational HR strategies and initiatives aimed refining the operating model, building leadership capability, growing talent and driving an accountability culture whilst managing all of the lifecycle HR activities.

Whilst this is a multi-site role, this will predominantly be based in their Northern Suburbs Head Office, with travel to metro sites required on an as needs basis.

This is an initial fixed term contract, 6 months and ideally looking for someone to start in the new year.

**About You**
This role requires a senior HR Practitioner with extensive knowledge of contemporary HR practices, who demonstrates excellent consulting/business partnering capability. A seasoned HR generalist, this person will need to understand the modern award and advise and guide on ER issues as they arise.

An ability to build relationships, coach and engage frontline leaders and a broad range of stakeholders will be key to the success of this role, as will the ability to work with ambiguity whilst collaboratively working with the team to align business priorities. Interpersonally, you impress as a resilient, self-assured, energetic and intuitive individual with a desire to make a genuine contribution to the success of the business.

This role will suit an HR generalist who enjoys transformation, leading change and who is a strategic thinker and is happy to get their “hands dirty” across all People & Culture lifecycle activities.
