Administration Trainee required for Rocklea based business.
Our client requires a well presented, physically fit and motivated person with sound written and oral communication skills to be trained as in a customer service/ administration role.
The role will be predominantly but not limited to the following:
- Parts collection and preparation.
- Customer facing role - greeting customers, answering calls
- General filing, data entry
- Follow up with clients and assist with any issues that may arise
- MUST have a manual license.
You will possess sound time management skills, experience using Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel etc) is an advantage.
You will be able to multi task as well as possess good attention to detail. The ability to become part of a team and communicate well with internal and external clients a must.
While this is a traineeship on offer is a pleasant work environment, training, support, as well as payment of all TAFE Fees.
Duration of the traineeship is 12 months (maximum) during which you will develop a broad range of skills with a view to long term employment with the company upon successful completion. You will also receive a CERT 3 in Business Admin from a nationally recognized trainer provided TAFE requirements are met.
Applicants already in possession of a Certificate 3 in Admin are not eligible for the traineeship. In addition to this you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status to be considered for the role. The role is that of a trainee and as such the relevant Federal traineeship rates apply.
**Salary**: Up to $38,000.00 per year
