Administration Specialist

With your resourceful nature, coupled with administration support experience, we hope to appoint someone who is ready for a fresh move into a dynamic Agribusiness.

**About the Role**

To provide high-level support across our warehouse distribution centre, utilising your skills and knowledge in procurement, account receivables and payables processes, aptitude for using multiple computer systems and problem-solving skills. You will be based at our Rocklea office and be working within a dynamic, close-knit and customer service-driven team where no two days will be the same.

At a high-level view, your tasks and duties will include:

- Providing administrative/operational support to internal teams and stakeholders (deadline driven)
- Ensuring the timely, accurate processing of operations/order data into required operating systems
- Providing customer service to an array of customers, answering queries and directing enquires to the appropriate team members across the national business

Ultimately you are a multi-skilled administration allrounder, a professional with a positive and vibrant personality who is keen to work alongside and support multiple teams, all of whom are down to earth and looking for a like-minded member.

Additionally, you possess:

- Excellent administration skills and previous experience supporting a team in either operations, transport, manufacturing or distribution
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a busy & fast-paced environment
- A pro-active team player vibe with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Adherence to the safety culture
- Strong initiative with a willingness to help others
- The ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team
- Knowledge and skills in accounts payables, receivables, and procurement - advantage
- Working knowledge of SAP - either R3 or S4HANA
- CHEP management experience would be desirable

Your love for being organised, helpful, busy, and engaged will support your proven skills across general administration. If you have some essential experience in logistics and customer service, it will be fully utilized and appreciated in this fast-paced, Agribusiness/manufacturing environment.
