Our local ANZ team are a driven and vibrant group of motivated professionals who are constantly striving to deliver exceptional consumer experiences. To help with the continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to join a dynamic, fun and supportive Finance team.

**About the Role**

As a Finance Analyst, you will partner with the Finance Director and Finance Business Partners to deliver high-quality financial analysis, insights, and reporting. Your work will enable the business to make well-informed decisions that drive stability, growth, and profitability. You’ll collaborate closely with commercial and sales teams, support key projects such as **One Stream and Oracle implementation**, and provide ongoing support across the finance function.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support system data reconciliation, uploads, and maintenance across finance systems (One Stream, Oracle, SAP).
- Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly results analysis.
- Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate financial reports for both local and global teams.
- Partner with brand teams to evaluate new business opportunities.
- Provide analysis and commentary on cost centre results, highlighting productivity and cost-saving initiatives.
- Deliver meaningful insights to support commercial and operational decision-making.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum 8 years’ financial experience, ideally in a matrix organisation.
- Strong background in budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Tertiary degree with CA/CPA qualification.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP, Oracle, One Stream, and BI tools (e.g. SAP Analysis, Power Query).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across local and global teams.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong communication skills.
