Sitting in our Finance function, the Funds Management Team is responsible for the timely and accurate daily accounting of our investment portfolios.

**Centric - Fund Accountant**

We have been growing our talented team and are on the lookout for our next **Fund Accountant **. Sitting in our Finance function, the Funds Management Team is responsible for the timely and accurate daily accounting of our investment portfolios.

This is a fulltime opportunity, with the flexibility to work from both home and our Sydney CBD office through our hybrid working model.

**What will your week look like?**
- Supporting the management of day to day operations of Managed Investment Schemes’ (MIS) including the review of unit pricing prepared by the fund administrator
- Assisting with cash flow management, ensuring funds have enough liquidity to meet day to day expenses while maintaining optimal fund performance and facilitating the trading of securities with custodians
- Performing fee reconciliations and payment processing
- Responding to investor queries
- Preparing performance and attribution analyses for investor reporting
- Assisting with the compliance of company procedures, processes and fund constitutions
- Liaising with external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring compliance with audit and tax legislation
- Assisting with financial, statutory and regulatory reporting, and distribution calculations
- Delivering exceptional customer service ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded to the highest of professional standards.

**What you bring**:

- Demonstrated experience within an administration role, ideally in the funds management industry (desirable)
- Bachelor Degree qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Working towards CA/CPA (desirable)
- Computer proficiency and previous experience with information systems including databases, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Professional approach to work and presentation of documents
