My client is a leading business strategist and high-performance specialist with a focus on helping people strive to be their best. Their events and programs have a comprehensive blueprint for success and are designed to accelerate results.

They are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Consultants to join their team on a full-time basis in Sydney.

As a Sales Consultant your focus will be on securing sales for their world class events and business coaching services. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will be provided with a never ending stream of leads and it will be your tenacity and drive that will see conversions through to sales.

Your experience thriving in a high volume sales environment, including telecoms, banking and insurance will be highly regarded.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Hitting sales goals and KPI’s.
- Undertaking a high volume of outbound calls from marketing generated leads. Leads are highly qualified ang engaged.
- Securing sales for our world class events and business coaching services.
- Providing training and event information to our clients.
- Setting follow up calls to generate future business.
- Utilising our CRM to keep detailed notes.
- Working closely with the sales manager and other consultants to celebrate wins and collectively work on opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills**:

- You must be able to deal with change and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Sound experience in Sales, in a similar environment.
- Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and KPI targets.
- Understanding of CRM systems.
- A can-do and attitude that will bring positive energy to the work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
