**Here’s what you will do**
We are looking for motivated professionals, with a passion for enabling Data Driven Marketing, improving customer experience and developing new propositions for customers. You will have the opportunity to be ‘hands on’ delivering consulting work and overseeing programmes. Guiding clients through complex technology change is the core strength of Credera. Working within our Digital Marketing Technology practice you will help clients to realise the full value of their Marketing Technology and Marketing Operations teams to optimise customer experience and return on investment.
Whilst most of your role will be client facing you can expect to work as part of global teams with fellow Crederians on initiatives and activities such as recruitment, diversity & inclusion, capability development and much more besides. You can also expect to spend time working with partners within the Omnicom network and managing external partner relationships both locally and globally.
You will have a key role establishing the culture of our local Credera presence bringing to life our global values of tenacity, humility, integrity, excellence and people first. And you will be involved in the recruitment, management and support of our growing team.
**Responsibilities**
As a MarTech Technologist at Credera, you will help our clients transform their marketing customer journeys from a people, process and technology perspective. You will be responsible for:
- Focussing on our customers and their needs - being passionate about using the latest technologies and data analytics to drive exceptional customer experience for brands
- Maintaining a strong network of potential clients in positions with the authority to buy Credera services
- Supporting sales activities using your own SME knowledge
- Building Credera’s and your own personal eminence in the market, through thought leadership, public speaking and by achieving positive outcomes for our clients and Credera.
- Helping develop and inspire our talent through coaching, mentoring and promoting Credera values within our firm and at our clients.
**Who you are**
You will already have a great view of the MarTech marketplace in Australia and the wider APAC region, and you will be known as a leading technologist in this space. You will be people centric. People will love working with and for you and you will love to see your teams and colleagues develop and flourish.
**You will have**:
- Experience working with digital marketing technology
- Experience of having delivered a variety of marketing solutions from design to implementation.
- A customer focussed mindset
It would also be ideal (although not necessary) if you can demonstrate that you have:
- Experience in operating model implementation, product and service analysis, and requirements gathering in the Marketing Technology space
- Experience working with global brands
- A professional services consulting background, or have experience implementing the strategy of Digital Marketing Teams / Technologies
**Technically, we are hoping you'll display**:
- Broad knowledge of the major Marketing Technology vendors with deep knowledge of at least one of them; (for example, Adobe/Salesforce/IBM/Google/Amazon/Microsoft marketing suites, customer data platforms, marketing databases, data & analytics, content management, web platforms, ecommerce, CRM, personalisation, consent management etc)
- The ability to create an architecture for a Marketing Technology stack, or a component in a stack
- A good understanding of data, including how to source it, store it, analyse it and turn it into actionable insight for marketing
Our Solution Architects also act in an advisory capacity so are hoping that you'll also display:
- Experience of delivering complex engagements as a senior member of a team
- Prior experience of working in a client-facing capacity as part of a consulting team
- Ability to develop strong relationships and be able to influence colleagues, senior client stakeholders, partners and suppliers
