**We will count on you to**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, and provide recommendations for system enhancements
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices for incident and change management.
- Design and implement Salesforce Lightning flows for automations
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Manage user access, profiles, and security settings in Salesforce.

**What you need to have**:

- General knowledge in networking, Windows/Unix Server/OS, Active Directory, switches/routers, firewalls and VDI
- A self-motivated fast learner with a proactive attitude
- Hands on experience on ServiceNow to manage incidents/change requests.
- Sound understanding of Incident Management and Change Management.
