**About the Role**

**What You'll Do**
- Project Management: Lead and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet business needs. Document processes and ensure projects follow agreed methodologies.
- Professional Development & Growth: Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge, contribute to team learning, and support others' development within the team.

**Key requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Strong technical knowledge of data centre infrastructure, servers, networks, and operating systems
- Experience working with ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of PACS/RIS systems and data integration/management with SQL databases
