We are currently looking for a People and Culture Advisor to join us at our Perth CBD International Head Office in a Full-Time capacity.

**About the role**
- You will support a range of generalist HR functions within the business with the broader People & Culture Team and Corporate Staff.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, practices are implemented in line with our organisational Values and Code of Conduct.
- Assists with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees via direct and external hire practices.
- Participate in a range of People and Culture projects aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Undertakes the responsibility of drafting, reviewing, and editing Position Description (PD) templates and Interview guides for new and existing positions as required.

**About you**
- Ideally, you’ll have Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or Business.
- Entry level position where you can fast-track your HR career.
- You will have prior knowledge of generalist human resources best practices; and
- Previous exposure to ER/ IR, Recruitment, Performance Management & Appraisals, Remuneration & Award Interpretation or other HR projects is advantageous.
