**About the Role...**
You will be a key member of our high performing People & Culture team of seven based in our Darwin support office.

Your role as a People & Culture Advisor will be providing HR & IR support and services to the ALPA Team, including specialist advice, project management, training and coaching services and support, in a range of areas, including:

- Employee induction and onboarding, development and training;
- Policy interpretation and documentation;
- Compensation and benefits administration;
- Employee welfare and wellbeing;
- Employee services and counselling;
- Employee Relations/Performance Management; and
- Employee engagement.

With your strong skills, knowledge and experience, you will work collaboratively with the P&C team, to originate and implement sound HR | IR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-orientated, high-performance culture that emphasises quality, accountability, productivity and compliance whilst strengthening our overall employee experience.
- Minimum 2 years exp at an Advisor/Business Partner level
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources &/or CPHR
- Experience gained in a multi-divisional organisation would be ideal, alternatively those with experience within a leading professional services firm (eg. accounting and/or engineering) are also encouraged to apply
- Solid generalist P&C| HR experience covering a wide range of issues, from both an operational _(essential) _and strategic _(ideal) _perspective
- Proven experience in employee and industrial relations matters
- Experience working with business owners/executive team
- Project management experience (ideal)
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels and a strong client service focus
- Strong 'hands on' HR style with the ability to instil confidence and influence others
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- 'Team player' ethos and have a high level As a primary contact for people matters,of discretion, integrity and commitment to our values and standards
- Initiative and a proactive approach
