**Your next career opportunity**
As the Program Officer for the Asialink Leaders Program at Asialink, Asialink Business (part of the University of Melbourne), you'll be at the forefront of building Australia's Asia capability. You'll coordinate and support the delivery of this flagship leadership program, engaging with senior stakeholders from business, government, and academia. This role offers you the chance to contribute significantly to Australia's engagement with Asia while developing your skills in program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- **Program Coordination**: Manage the operational and administrative aspects of the Asialink Leaders Program, ensuring seamless delivery of both virtual and in-person learning experiences.
- **Participant Engagement and Management**: Responsible for communications and onboarding for program participants (based in Australia and Asia).
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Liaise with high-profile participants, speakers, and partners, providing excellent communication and client service.
- **Content Development**: Create program materials, marketing collateral, and communications using various digital tools.
- **Logistics Management**: Coordinate venue arrangements, online delivery tools, and ensure compliance with procurement and invoicing protocols.

You are a proactive and organised professional with a strong interest in Asia-Australia engagement, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
**You may also**:
- Have experience in delivering professional learning events (essential).
- Have experience with virtual and hybrid event management (desirable).
- Have professional qualifications with relevant experience in program management or administration.
- Demonstrate advanced communication and digital skills for engaging diverse, high-level stakeholders.
- Show a strong interest and/or experience in Asia and Asia-Australia engagement.
