**About the role**

VDG are seeking experienced day and night working supervisor for ongoing contracts to our company at Campbelltown location.

**Key responsibilities**
- Previous cleaning experience in commercial properties.
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills.
- The ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A professional and honest approach to work.
- Be able to follow health and safety regulations.

Your main responsibilities will include the cleaning of office buildings and administration areas, indoor and outdoor common areas and periodical tasks.

**Desirable Skills**
- Skilled in the use of professional cleaning equipment i.e., scrubbers, sweepers, carpet cleaning machines and pressure washing machines, or be willing to be trained in the use of these machines.
- Training in the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Skilled in the use of electronic and paper-based reporting tools.
- Experience in compliance with auditing procedures is highly desirable.
- Full drivers’ licence.

**Requirements of the Role**
- Minimum 2 years of working supervisor experience in General Cleaning.
- The successful applicant will need to be physically fit and be able to pass a pre-employment medical which will include a drug and alcohol test.
- You must be able to pass a criminal history check and a working with children check.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous cleaning experience on commercial sites including indoor, outdoor, and common areas.
- Understanding of OH&S processes and procedures.
