Our Client a Facilities and Asset Services business is seeking a
**Project Supervisor** to support our Macarthur region.

You will be responsible for the uploading of scopes and effective monitoring of delivery of works including the shared management of subcontractor performance on our Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) contract.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage building construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and ensure project milestones are met
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring they comply with project specifications and quality standards
- Ensure project materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time
- Manage project budgets and report project progress to senior management
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

**Requirements**:

- Trade qualified or have a strong understanding of building ‘Scopes of Work’ orders and the building code of Australia
- High attention to detail, able to deliver on tight timeframes and experience in the supervision and monitoring of subcontractors and suppliers
- Computer savvy, able to prepare reports and maintain data
- An understanding of the audit process and a construction white card would be highly advantageous
- Experience in the promotion of workplace health and safety with highly developed communication and interpersonal skills”
