Our outlet in Macarthur Square Shopping Centre needs a vibrant & enthusiastic Supervisor who is passionate about Mexican food and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

**ABOUT YOU**:
To be a **Mad Mex Supervisor**, you must be a great communicator and multi-tasker Experience supervising staff in the hospitality or QSR (quick-service restaurant) environment is a must as is the ability to motivate and inspire others. You ooze confidence and are able to keep your cool in a crisis. You must have a current RSA certificate and it would be great if you are also a qualified first aider.

We are looking for friendly & outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic who are committed to delivering excellent customer service - after all, you will be running the restaurant during your shift

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Everyone at **Mad Mex **is responsible for preparing **fresh, healthy & authentic** Mexican food and delivering it with a smile & a hearty **HOLA** You will be expected to work in all service areas - food prep, grill, counter, and cashier. As a** **Supervisor, you will take charge during the shift and be responsible for staff supervision, ordering stock, banking, and opening/closing the restaurant.
