**What You’ll Do**:
As a **Claims Manager** at Suncorp, you’ll be responsible for:

- **Managing a Diverse Portfolio**: Oversee multiple claims, ensuring that customers are updated and informed at every step of their journey.
- **Processing Claims with Precision**: Work closely with customers, assess losses, and make thoughtful decisions to ensure claims are settled smoothly and fairly.
- **Building Strong Relationships**: Foster positive connections with internal teams and external stakeholders to create a seamless and efficient claims experience.
- **Delivering Exceptional Customer Care**: Communicate with empathy, explaining the claims process, managing expectations, and providing consistent support throughout each claim.
