Project Coordinator | Manufacturing, Concrete and Construction Industry| Perth
Responsibilities and/or tasks:
- Specialist experience in project engineering
- Competent in planning and organising work schedules
- Demonstrated ability to deliver to timelines.
- Sound knowledge of HS&E requirements
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Decision-making ability
- Time management and organisation skills
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Some Additional Hours and Weekend Work is required
- Able to operate: Standard Office Equipment, Measuring Equipment, Reinforcement Cover meters, Temperature Recording Thermocouples, Concrete Testing Equipment
Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Sound knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing
- Good written and Oral communication
- Sound knowledge of project drawings and specifications
- Sound knowledge of relevant Australian Standards
- Sound knowledge of production processes
- Sound knowledge of OHS requirements in industrial setting
- Basic knowledge of AutoCad
- Basic knowledge of E Drawings
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Basic knowledge of financial software
- Basic knowledge of prestressing concrete
- Ability to work in a constantly changing work environment
- Excellent attitude and awareness of Safety
- Proven experience in working under high pressure situations
- Ability to effectively manage budgets, systems, and stakeholders to achieve an exceptional outcome
