**Our Vision and Values**:
At Dairy Australia, our vision is simple, to be leaders in shaping a profitable and sustainable dairy industry. Our passionate and talented people share this vision and make an impact each day through their commitment to our values of:

- Farmer First - Farmer needs guide our purpose
- One Team - We work together to achieve great things

Lead the charge in researching, analysing, and advising the Australian dairy industry on key issues such as water policy (including Murray Darling Basin Plan), climate action (GHG adaptation and mitigation policy), energy policy (e.g. coal seam gas, renewables, transmission, and pricing), land use planning, and other environmental concerns (this may include effluent and waste management, sustainable packaging etc). You will develop evidence-based policy proposals, recommendations, and solutions, ensuring they align with the industry's goals and objectives.

This role will sit within our Sustainable Dairy team and will report into our Environment and Sustainability Manager.

You will also be able to demonstrate understanding of climate, water and natural resource management policy and regulatory developments at national (State and Commonwealth) and international levels while understanding the potential implications of these on the dairy industry's productivity.
