**CRM Marketing Specialist** **VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games.** **We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join our Real time CRM team in Sydney.** This role will focus on maintaining and optimising the CRM with a focus on real time campaigns across all brands. **Key responsibilities will include**: - Produce first class communications that are engaging, relevant, error-free and most of all, fun. - Advocate for the customer and to develop the tone of voice that we use across all of our brands. Drive the CRM innovation within the team. - Create exceptional experiences for our customers. - Be an expert in our marketing tools. - Maintain the vitality of our communications structure, cadence and proposition. - Make recommendations around how our campaigns could be optimised. - Contribute to and execute upon monthly plans to drive continuous improvement. - Create and manage backlogs for creative ideas and testing. **What you will bring to the role**: - Bachelor's degree qualification in marketing, business administration, related discipline or equivalent work experience. - 2+ years' CRM experience.**Understands the lifecycle of the customer. - The ability to structure tests, understand data analysis and take meaningful action based on results. - Experience of end to end campaign process.
