**You'll be responsible for**
- Identifying Third Party information to support achievement of recovery outcomes
- Preparing loss documents and other documents associated with the claims
- Proactively calling customers while ensuring a timely and effective response to customer needs
- Accurate processing of recovery claims, banking and reconciliation through adherence to Allianz policies and procedures
- General support to the Recoveries Team

**About you**
- Experience working in a customer service role and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to work comfortably across multiple tasks
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
