True Foods is a proudly Australian owned and operated family business established in 2001. As the largest Australian owned manufacturer of Tortilla Wraps, Naan, and Roti breads under the beloved brands Simson's Pantry and True Foods, our company prioritizes innovation and on-trend flavors.

What's your purpose?

To empower leaders with timely financial insights, foster accountability, and drive performance in a fast-paced FMCG environment. As a trusted advisor, you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to influence strategic decisions and deliver commercial success.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a key business partner, providing financial analysis that drives profitable growth.
  • Support pricing, promotions, and customer investment decisions.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles with precision and insight.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations through data-driven analysis and BI tools.
  • Champion continuous improvement and financial stewardship across the organisation.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Economics.
  • CA/CPA qualified (or working towards).
  • 2–5 years' experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or management accounting (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, ERP expertise (Business Central), and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
