**OUTREACH PROGRAM COORDINATOR**

Location: Mount Pleasant, Perth

**Salary**: Pay rate up to $65 per hour plus superannuation

We are currently seeking an experienced Outreach Program Coordinator to join our Veterans & Families Counselling team in Mount Pleasant, Perth. As the Outreach Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating and coordinating outreach activities to veterans and their families in the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with veterans and their families
- Plan and coordinate outreach events and activities, such as workshops and support groups
- Collaborate with local community organizations to promote awareness and access to our services
- Provide counseling and support services to veterans and their families as needed
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and services provided
- Contribute to program evaluation and improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, outreach, or related role
- Knowledge of issues facing veterans and their families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Current valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
