Retail - Duty Manager

The Brindle Group owns several Good Grocer IGA stores, speciality gourmet grocers and other boutique retail outlets. This role is at our Mount pleasant Good Grocer IGA store.

Due to an internal transfer, we are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to lead the team and support the Store Manager. We are looking for someone who has worked in the Supermarket Business and is experienced across several departments and takes pride in their work.

We aim to offer a unique and pleasurable shopping experience for our customers. As well as our great customer service we are known for our fantastic deli products, our fresh quality produce and our bakery. Our stores range all the Good Grocer branded products as well as all the other well-known products that our customers love, offering quality as well as value.

We are looking for an experienced person who can hit the ground running and continue to lead the team and take the business forward. Essential skills and attributes
- Supermarket experience essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Grocery Manager

- Ability to lead and motivate a team
