**In your role as Marketing Manager, you will join a cross-functional agency-style team to deliver global and domestic marketing support of one of our suite of brands. This role would suit either an inhouse marketer, or an account manager in a marketing agency looking to move inhouse.**

**For this role, you’ll need exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a strong ability to build mutually-beneficial relationships. You’ll need to be a strong listener and communicator, with the ability to influence both vertically and upward, and rapidly build trust.**

Your primary focus will be on activating owned channels, and supporting B2B marketing efforts through our partners, working closely with the sales team.

We are looking for a marketing generalist, as this role will be involved in all aspects of the marketing This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, as your day-to-day will vary, and include events, collateral production, web, campaigns and PR.

This is a role with tonnes of opportunity to learn and grow, in a highly collaborative and supportive team, while working in the highly rewarding education sector.

This role will suit an individual who is comfortable in both delivering to a plan, as well as operating in a highly agile environment.

**This fulfilling role will include**:

- Stakeholder management, ensuring that all stakeholders requests are delivered ontime and according to budget
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout all materials, being the “eyes and the ears” of your brand
- Support of all marketing major projects, which may be College or campaign launches
- Collateral production, such as course guides, B2B flyers
- Planning & execution of eDM program for B2B and B2C markets
- Public relations, including sourcing inspirational stories from our student and trainers
- Reporting on insights and analytics around our marketing efforts
- Budget tracking and invoice processing

**You will thrive in this role if you have the following**:

- A collaborative and positive attitude, with a drive to improve and innovate
- At least 7 years’ experience in a hands-on marketing role or marketing agency
- A meticulous attention to detail and are highly organised
- A desire to continuously improve on tasks and results
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Marketo, Google Analytics or Wordpress will be highly regarded but is not essential
