**The Company**:
With a strong global footprint and over 200 years' presence, this business has developed an enviable reputation as a leading retail brand across the world. They possess a large brand portfolio including retail, convenience, and food & beverage businesses. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide admin support and lead effective workload planning for the operations leadership team.

**The role**:
As Operations Coordinator, you act as a liaison between stores and all other functions including Finance, Payroll, Commercial and Store teams and to support the retail and food teams with relevant business administration.

This includes;
- Extracting and interpreting data relating to Staff Costs from an online platform
- A responsible communication point between Retail / Food Operations Team and all other departments
- Work with the Head of Retail / Head of Food to define workload for store-based team
- Control and manage Intranet content
- Provide stores with Merchandise updates as needed and collate any post implementation feedback for review

To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years of operations coordination experience. In addition, you will have exceptional communication skills, proficient Microsoft Office skills, and strong admin experience in a retail environment.
