**Project Officer**
- _Salary:_ _$79,122 - $96,073 (Plus Superannuation)_
- _Fixed term role: 3 years_

**The Role**

The Project Officer will have the following accountabilities:

- Assesses client needs and delivers a range of services in complex situations.
- Resolves local operational service delivery problems within guidelines

**The Team**

The position of Project Officer forms a part of the Industry, Trade and Investment Services Branch in the Governance and Performance Team.

The Industry, Trade and Investment Services Branch comprises of the Facilitation, Financial Projects and Risks, Governance and Performance, Service Design and Delivery, Financial Services and Business Management, and Events and Venues teams.

This position, within the Governance and Performance Team, provides trade and investment support to the entire ITI group involving:

- finance and budget management
- financial risk analysis and transaction due diligence
- corporate requirements related to finance, budget, procurement and associated reporting
- grant management and governance
- performance and outcome measurement
- investment facilitation services
- business management support including workforce management and reporting
- events/venue support services

**About You**
- **Critical Thinking and Problem Solving**: Resolves issues through deep understanding / interpretation of existing guidelines.
- **Data Literacy**: Considers data sources, collection and structure impacts in the delivery of data analysis.
- **Flexibility and Adaptability**: Accepts changed priorities without undue discomfort. Responds quickly to changes. Comfortable working in collaboration with teams outside of own organisation.
