This represents an amazing opportunity with a leading accounting firm based in Brisbane CBD. This firm is growing at a rapid rate due to the visionary leadership shown by their board of Directors. This firm has multiple office locations throughout the country.

The office has undergone a modern refurb and conveniently located close to public transport.

ROLE

Due to growth, the position of Project Coordinator has been created.

Reporting into the executive team, this position will be responsible for and not limited to delivering special projects that have a focus on:

  • Best practice for the firm
  • Software implementation
  • Process and systems improvements
  • Office fitouts/refurbs
  • Internal/external event coordination
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and senior stakeholders.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Qualifications in project management or business (desirable)
  • 5+ years experience in a similar special projects focussed role within an accounting firm or professional services environment
  • Experience with end to end management of accounting software implementation
  • Extensive experience managing the entire lifecyle of a project from conception to project closure
