This role is part of TikTok’s Small and Medium Business (SMB) team. The SMB team works with advertisers and agencies across the region, helps them onboard and find success on TikTok. Being part of the team would mean being directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results through consultation. The team is made of dynamic, savvy, engaged individuals who are passionate about the region and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide dedicated partner management to advertisers, by consulting and coaching them towards success on TikTok
- Develop strategies to improve advertiser performance, including:

- Consulting on advertiser's scale up
- Providing creative tips and best practices
- Giving recommendations on budgeting and targeting
- Manage advertisers at scale; monitoring the partner's performance through tools and timely communication with clients
- Ability to identify and remove blockers for advertiser growth.
- Gather insights from client interaction, and effectively represent client needs to internally stakeholders (ads review, finance, product etc.) to ensure good customer experience.
- Work across multiple teams including Sales, Product and Marketing to gather advertiser feedback from the market and amplify the current and future ad platform

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape in the market
- Prior experience working in a performance agency or business supporting the SME sector
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines
- Sound analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Comfortable with revenue targets, and experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Able to comfortably communicate in English with global counterparts
- A genuine passion for small business
